The Hoss Foundation was established to help meet the needs of children and/or families facing hardships due to traumatic injury, illness, or financial crisis.

One of the ways the Hoss Foundation significantly impacts these children and/or families is through The Gift Project. During the Christmas and holiday season the Hoss Foundation helps bring a little love, hope, and joy by providing gifts, food and fellowship to children and families facing these hardships. This past Gift Project, the Hoss Foundation had over 600 volunteers involved with shopping, wrapping and delivering gifts to approximately 1,000 individuals over 500 of them being children. We again partnered with 11 agencies including: Caritas House, Ronald McDonald House, Mountaineer Boys and Girls Club, Bartlett House and Mental Health America of Monongalia County and Bretz Community.
